Settle in and after lunch we will have our opening gathering and details of our time together. Travel close by to one of our sacred sites and begin to have a feel for this ancient landscape. Enjoy our welcome dinner together before allowing your senses be filled by traditonal Irish music and song.

We then take the road through the gentle Slieve Bloom Mountains, and toward Kildare – the place of Brigid. Meet with the Keepers of Brigid’s Light and receive Her Sacred Flame. Visit Brigid’s two holy wells and be blessed by water from these wells.
Enter Brigid’s Fire Temple. Hear some of the myriad of stories about Brigid and the special place She holds in this land. Return through the gentle hills to our delightful guest house. An evening of storytelling – and storytelling is close to the soul of Ireland, so come close to the spirit of our ancient land.
Day 3 Morning gathering before we begin our journey to the far south to the beauty and wonder of County Kerry. As we make our journey through Ireland we will stop to look upon one of our Sheela na gigs.
Travelling further south we take a step back in time and touch the carefully selected stones of a Sacred Stone Circle in County Limerick. Begin to become acquainted with these rings of standing stones shrouded in mystery.
And so to County Kerry and our charming family run country house offering a haven of peace and tranquility, sitting in the heart of Killarneys national park. This will be our home away from home for these next days.

Visit The Hag of Beara (Cailleach Bhearra) with her deep cultural meaning, a place full of ancient presence, taking time to be at this place that holds so much mystery. A little quiet space for contemplation and retreat before our evening celebration meal together and a traditional Irish music session.
